Well it is that time of the
week again and here are last Wednesday’s food.
I had such a fun time at
Whitby it is a shame to be back to reality and work!
Breakfast is still the same
old boring oats that I am loving.
For lunch I had lovely roast
salad and bulger wheat salad again with some balsamic vinegar.
Dinner time I made Aubergineand Potato bake and it was lovely. Draining
the tomatoes really make a difference.
I also made some banana soft
serve that I saw across at Carrots n Cake and it was lovely. My blitzer is not the best but it was really
nice and so like banana ice cream. Will definitely
be doing it again.
I also had some cake left
from my birthday so had to have a slice!
As I posted yesterday I have
started calorie counting and logging everything I eat with My Fitness Pal. So far all it going well and I am hoping to
have some good updates for you. I feel
like some of my meals are very repetitive at the moment so I am looking to try
some new recipes. I made Paella at the
weekend and it was lovely but too high in calories.
As I mentioned yesterday that
my neck is bad well this morning I reached to turn my alarm off and it has
completely gone off. I have an doctors
appointment tonight but spinning tonight it out the window and I am
gutted. Really gutted. I finally feel
like I have found an eating plan I am happy with and now my exercise has gone
to pot!
I feel like this is a little
dull post today but I am just not feeling it at all. How do you deal with an injury when things
are going well. Any top tips are
welcome.
I'm so sorry to hear about your neck. You poor thing! Hope it starts feeling better quickly!
