Sad times


Last week was a bit of a crazy, sad  week and it rolled into the weekend.  This also meant no long run for me this weekend but I did have a nice 2 mile walk.  I think the less said the better at the moment and now time to look ahead at fitness plan for the week.

Monday – Run and swim
Tuesday – Run
Wednesday – rest      
Thursday – Run and bike or swim
Friday – Family time
Saturday and Sunday – Some point a long run.  I have missed doing one.
